MAKING A PURCHASE
This site is an offer to tender only, Honeybrook Animal Foods are not obliged to accept any order. Errors and Omissions are excluded.Honeybrook Animal Foods are not obliged to honour prices that are incorrect due to human or system error.
Making a purchase could not be easier.Just browse our online shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors.All previous orders made using our website available to view by logging into your account using your password and username/ email created on registration.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro and most credit cards.If items are not in stock you will be contacted by phone or email and offered the option to change or cancel the order.We do not operate a backorder system. Debits will appear on your bank statement as Endor Limited.
All items are subject to availability. Although we endeavour to keep all prices, stock levels and information displayed on the website and online shop up to date and accurate at all times, on occasion suppliers will increase prices without prior warning.For this reason, we reserve the right to make pricing alterations and changes to information displayed without notice.

TAX CHARGES
The prices quoted include all UK taxes(where due).The customer may be liable to pay import taxes if ordering from outside the UK.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Credit card security is provided by a worldwide recognised Secure Certificate (SSL), this is only used on the page that actually collects your credit card information, and at this point you may notice the domain name changes in your address bar to worldpay.com.
After providing your card details you will be returned to an order confirmation page on our site.

PAYMENT
All deliveries must be paid in the following methods.

Cash on delivery
Pre - payment via card
Payment on delivery via card over the phone
Pre - payment by BACS
Payment by BACS during time frame after delivery, to be agreed with Honeybrook Animal Foods.
We no longer accept cheques.

All BACS payments made after a delivery has been completed must be discussed with a member of staff.These payment terms will be at the discretion of Honeybrook Animal Foods.
All goods remain the property of Honeybrook Animal Foods until payment has been received in full.Failure to adhere to payment terms will result in any debts being forwarded onto a debt collection agency.

PRIVACY POLICY
Honeybrook Animal Foods do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Should these details be required for location of lost/found birds etc, you will be contacted prior to this information being disclosed in order to gain your consent to do so. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Should you place an order (or register on the site without placing an order) we will store your name, address, contact number and email address, together with details of any orders you place.

All images, descriptions, specifications and other advertising material displayed on this website and/ or in any other place by Honeybrook Animal Foods are published for the sole function of giving an approximate description or representation of the products described in them.They shall not form part of the contract.Images are a representation of the goods you can expect when you order that product.They may not be an exact replication of the displayed image.

RETURNS POLICY
Goods must be inspected upon receipt and any quality or condition problems reported to Honeybrook immediately.Any issues reported after this time may be taken into consideration but there is no guarantee of compensation or replacement.
We abide by "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
?Please note that due to the nature of our product, returns(or refund / credit request)will only be accepted if the goods are received damaged or unfit for use(in effect faulty), or if they are different to the goods actually ordered.The frozen food nature of our products means you cannot return them simply because you change your mind or your animal will not consume them.Should goods be received damaged, faulty or not as ordered you must contact us immediately as stated above keeping all packaging where possible.

DELIVERY POLICY
Whilst we attempt to deliver all orders to the schedule quoted at point of ordering, should a courier delivery be deemed ‘lost in transit’ and confirmed with the customer, the goods will be replaced. (This can be anything from a vehicle breakdown, accident or extreme weather conditions) We will endeavour to notify you of any delays foreseen wherever possible, but we shall not accept liability for any losses, damages, or costs incurred due to a delay in delivery.On the rare occasion that goods are lost in transit via our courier delivery method, the goods will be replaced but we must be notified that the goods have not arrived within 24 hours of the specified delivery.We will not issue a refund. Honeybrook do not offer a 'timed delivery' service.

VISITOR MATERIAL AND CONDUCT
Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under the Privacy Policy, any material you transmit or post to this website or the Honeybrook Facebook Page which is non personal will be considered non - confidential.We will have no obligations with respect to such material and thefore cannot be held responsible for data misuse and any further consequences of said posted material.
You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this website any material that may be classed as the following:
threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others;
for which you have not obtained all necessary licences and / or approvals;
which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringe the rights of any third party, in the UK or any other country in the world; or

You may not misuse the website(including, without limitation, by hacking).
We will fully co - operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of clauses listed above.Should any material be identified by a visitor to the website containing any of the above, please notify a member of the Honeybrook team immediately.

REFUNDS
If in the unfortunate event that you need to return goods adhering to the above points, a member of the team will then inspect the goods upon their arrival. Once the items have been assessed you will be contacted to inform you of the decision.
If a refund is agreed, the amount to be refunded will be returned to either a) via refund to the card the initial payment was made on or b) a credit may be applied to your account for your next order.
Please be aware due to the nature of our goods, no refund will be given without prior inspection of any damaged/faulty goods

CANCELLATION Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We appreciate circumstances beyond your control may instigate this and will do our very best to assist in such situations. However if a courier delivery method is chosen for your order, then goods that have already been dispatched are unable to be cancelled and any refund due will be at the discretion of Honeybrook Animal Foods subject to the return of the goods.
